The house is indeed modern: a picture of the house shows a "helicopter landing pad" roof, with the walls of the home recessed from the edge of the roof, resting on a copy of the roof, which is one story off the ground.

The ad states that the property has:

• 3 separate guest homes, auto/RV storage for multiple vehicles
• 1800's theme area (like Knott's)
• Meandering flagstone walkways with garden art and water features
• 1000 bottle wine cellar with scenic tasting area
• Room for heli-pad, stables, etc.

The minimum bid was $1 million.
