This checklist is a start at a flora of the southeast Coyote Mountain Area, immediately north of Borrego Springs. The number of plants comes from a single survey on 15 January 2011. The number of vouchers comes from a search on 26 December 2016; all the vouchers used come from the southern base of Coyote Mountain near the PegLeg monument.
